Updated July 2022   If you are planning to make an exterior renovations to your home, approval is required under our HOA covenants. This includes painting, fences, deck or storage shed installation, patio or awning additions, and tree removal.  Below is an Online Fillable Form that you can submit a request to the HOA. Please allow 30 days for the board to respond. to your request!.  Cobb County requires a permit for certain types of jobs. It is YOUR OBLIGATION to comply with all zoning regulations, secure and pay for all permit, governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper completion of all work. Failure to adhere to Community Covenants and compliance to all County and governmental regulations could result in monetary loss.
